Rob and Lori Carvell are fulltime missionaries and founding directors of the Godmobile Evangelistic Outreach. A tax-deductible, 501(c)3 non-profit organization.Their passion for evangelism and love for those who need to know Jesus led them to form their individual Godmobile ministry in 2023.
Rob and Lori began this mission with one outreach ministry trailer and focused on the northeast Appalachians region of Tennessee.As of 2026, the Lord has enabled “G.E.O.” expansion with two full colors trailers, a mobile ministry tent and additional ministry teams in middle Tennessee.
The Godmobile Evangelistic Outreach is currently sharing the Gospel at multiple Fairs and Festival throughout Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia and West Virginia. Lord willing, they hope to be ministering in Georgia by 2027.
The Godmobile History:
Operating for over 25 years, the ministry is an affiliate of the Full Gospel Businessmen’s Fellowship International (FGBMFI) and focuses on “soul-winning” through a simple, standardized method.

The Two-Question Test: Volunteers use a “Two-Question Test” (asking “Are you going to heaven?”) alongside visual flip charts to lead individuals to salvation.
Discipleship: New believers are followed up with through a 52-week Bible lesson and referrals to local Bible-centered churches in their specific region.
